Institute of Language, Literature and Anthropology
The Institute of Language, Literature and Anthropology (ILLA) is organized internally into three departments (Language and Discourse Analysis, Literature and Anthropology) that house different research groups.
We address the study of the Spanish language and its internal variation in its dimensions phonic, grammatical and lexical. In addition to attending to the specific types of discourse processing.
The research groups that make up the Department work to respond to the current challenges of research on the Hispanic cultural, literary and publishing heritage.
It raises the anthropological investigation of societies in a broad sense and with numerous lines of interconnection between the interests of its members.
With the aim of bringing science closer to society, the ILLA's commitment is to share knowledge with the non-specialized public and test different formats and activities to dialogue with different types of audiences.
Anales Cervantinos acoge todas las manifestaciones del pensamiento en torno a la figura de Cervantes, no sólo en lo que se refiere al hombre y a su obra, sino en todo lo que constituye su entorno: la sociedad, el paisaje, el tiempo.
La Feria Madrid es Ciencia es un evento anual de divulgación científica dirigido a las comunidades escolares y al público general. Este año ha cambiado de ubicación y se ha celebrado los días 19-21 de marzo en La Nave, el centro de innovación de referencia del Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
Esta revista es una publicación que valora especialmente las contribuciones innovadoras en la investigación antropológica, entendida en un sentido teórico y metodológico amplio y plural.
El pasado 18 de marzo de 2026 se inauguró en el ILLA la serie de encuentros Conversatorios Cronotopos, con Fernando Sánchez-Cabezudo, actor y productor.
El título del libro es “Los protagonistas de la crisis en Los besos en el pan (2015), novela social de Almudena Grandes”, Les productions culturelles en Espagne et la crise de 2008, en Marie-Soledad Rodriguez (ed.)
